At Village at Mill Creek, pricing is designed to be transparent and personalized. Monthly costs are made up of three simple parts. First, the room rate is based on the type of apartment and level of care—assisted living or memory care. Next, each resident receives an individualized level of care assessment, which determines the amount of daily support needed and allows us to tailor services appropriately. Finally, there is a one-time community fee due at move-in, which covers administrative setup and move-in coordination.
