We offer full-service meals and can accommodate many types of nutritional programs and dietary requirements. Housekeeping services and onsite professionals are available as well.

At Village at Mill Creek, our goal is your loved one’s quality of living and your peace of mind.

We provide personalized care and medication management for our residents who require additional support. These supportive services can provide family members a much-needed and well-deserved respite from the responsibilities of caregiving.

For residents who are experiencing cognitive impairment (Alzheimer’s or dementia), Village at Mill Creek offers personalized care support to help nurture and support these unique needs. We are there to support spouses and family members dealing with this challenge.

LVN — Executive Director

Gus believes great care starts with listening. Families know him for calm, clear explanations—and the steady follow-through that builds trust. As Executive Director at Village at Mill Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care, he leads with a warm, open-door approach, partnering closely with residents, families, and our team to keep daily life safe, simple, and comfortable.

With experience across clinics, schools, and senior living—including years as a charge nurse and trainer—Gus mentors teammates in kindness, communication, and dependable routines while upholding quality and safety standards. He’s grateful for every hello in the hallway, every shared laugh, and every family who trusts him with someone they love.

Andrew

Andrew brings over 30 years of senior living leadership experience in operations, sales, and marketing. He has held key executive roles at Carlton Senior Living, Westmont Living, Atria, Benchmark, and Senior Living Residences, and has led turnarounds and start-ups across seven states. With a portfolio that has included over 3,500 units, he now serves as Principal and COO of Alliance Senior Living Management, overseeing a growing pipeline of communities.

Known for building strong, empowered teams and delivering consistent results, Andrew takes a strategic, people-first approach to leadership. He lives in Berkeley, CA with his two college-aged children, Henry and Kate.

Marybelle Barrios

Culinary Director

With nearly a decade of experience in the culinary and caregiving fields, Marybelle Barrios brings a heartfelt passion for serving others through food.
Her career began in a group home, where she witnessed the powerful connection between compassion and care. This experience inspired her transition into the culinary world, where she discovered the ability of food to provide comfort, healing, and a sense of home.

As Culinary Director at Village at Mill Creek, Marybelle leads a dedicated team in crafting meals that nourish both the body and spirit. She is especially passionate about creating meaningful dining experiences for residents in memory care, ensuring that each meal is not only nutritious but also a moment of joy and connection.

Alliance Senior Living Management Company has a combined 60+ years of experience working with older adults as operators of home care, owning and operating assisted living communities, and at the corporate level in Operations and Sales and Marketing executive roles. This includes significant experience with new builds, lease-ups, and challenged communities in 10 states, with over 120 Communities and 17,000+ units.
