Meet Our Partner
Lori Asay
Lori Asay, RN, BSN, MBA
With over 30 years of nursing experience, Lori Asay has dedicated her career to compassionate, resident-centered care. She earned her BSN from the University of Texas at Arlington and began her career in the ICU of a Dallas-area hospital. Her transition to home health and hospice sparked a lifelong passion for serving seniors and aging in place.
To expand her impact, Lori earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix, enabling her to influence senior care at the administrative level. She served as an administrator for home health and hospice in both multisite freestanding and hospital-based settings, recognizing the value senior living communities bring to residents’ lives.
Lori then became a clinical director and later a regional director in senior living, enhancing care standards through her leadership and regulatory expertise. Today, as Director of Clinical Services with Allen Flores Consulting Group, she mentors and supports clinical directors across various communities.
Based in Utah, Lori enjoys family time and hiking the beautiful mountain landscapes surrounding her.
